He eats what?

A few of the unusual things my one-year old has eaten and very much enjoyed in the last 3 months:

Fried squid
Smoked salmon
Black bean hummus
Teriayki steak
Smoked gouda grits
Black beans and rice
Tacos
Shrimp
Grilled catfish
Eggroll

That's all I can think of right now. To me this is pretty diverse for a little baby.

We think he's going to be a chef!

Can you send him over here to give my three-year-old a lesson in adventurous eating? You know what her favorite food is this week? Bread with nothing on it. Yum!

Well, if he's not a chef, maybe he'll be a food critic. :) He's got the cutest chubby cheeks!

Mine is still not crazy about being fed, but she'll feed herself just fine. The bad part about that is that everything becomes finger food...

Wow, you are kidding!? Of course, my youngest used to eat sweet potatoes, grilled chicken, rice, salmon. Now, at 2 1/2 she is down to french fries and fruit snacks and won't touch those things with a ten foot pole.

BTW, he is a DOLL baby!!!! Love those chubby cheeks!

He is so cute!

My girls will actually eat spinach salad and grilled salmon. But neither one will eat Mac n' Cheese. Go figure.

HOw cute is that boy!!! Wow, he is eating alot of stuff. Have you gotten these things on your plate at restaurants, knowing no one else will eat it and feed it to the baby? Kinda like a Mikey moment? LOL!

My Bub is a picky eater, but one with a strange set of tastes, including soy wieners and chick peas, but excluding cake, ice cream, or candy. His nursery school teachers greeted me excitedly today saying, "He tried some chocolate!" What a breakthrough.

Wow! How did you accomplish this? My daughter won't touch anything that is not beige in color. She seems to grow despite a diet of bread, crackers, bananas and pasta with an occasional dash of peanut butter thrown in.

Chubs is too cute. I hope he remembers what he likes to eat when he is like 8 or 9. So cool though.
