If this would happen every day, it'd be AWESOME!! Thanks for all the commute suggestions on
this post. We did two things. 1. Put in a third row seat for Shark, so they can't touch each other. 2. Put the DVD player in where they can both see it. It has helped a lot. Bear will still get bored and start
to fuss, and then Shark is mad because he can't hear the movie. But for the most part, this has cut down dramatically on the screaming and whining and hitting. I'm worried about the novelty wearing off. I'm going to use Christmas movies to kick that can down the road a bit further.
Edited to add: I missed you all over the Thanksgiving holiday! I was super good about not going online*. So good in fact, I completely forgot what was scheduled to post today. How weird to go to your own blog and think, "Wow, wonder what I'm up to today?" *Well, OK, so I Twittered some. About how good Australia was (srsly, go see it) and how it takes 90 minutes to walk off one cup of stuffing and how I despise sneezing as soon as I put my mascara on. You know, important stuff like that. Are you following me yet, cause I know you don't want to be missing this great stuff. Happy Cyber Monday! Off you go - shopping is patriotic remember? Oh wait, that was Bush. Now paying more taxes is patriotic. So, don't shop cause the government will be needing that money. (I definitely like shopping regimes best.)

Loved the Lipstick Republicanism, hon. Smooches!
And, I'm glad the boys behaved for you. Due to the shittery of the Irish, they may end up playing in Hton - and Pup actually thinks it might be fun to pay money to see them lose yet another bowl game. Shoot me.
I always get a new DVD for road trips. It always helps! That and lots of snacks. Of course your car will look like hell later but it's worth it to keep the peace!
p.s. Love carcolepsy. So true!
That so happens to me when I get in the car. Even if it is like a 15 minute ride. If someone else is driving, I'm sleeping.
AFF: I've flown to Arizona to see them lose in the Fiesta Bowl.
Saturday, P turned the game off because it was so upsetting to our poor little Shark.
I love that shot! When my kids were little, I would collect things from the dollar store, gumball machines, etc., and on long trips whey would open something new every hour. It was FUN!! (Then I would beat the shit out of them when they would start to fight. good times.)
Well done with the car situation! Score one for Mom!
Glad to hear the commute is a little better for everyone! Try getting a splitter so they can both wear headphones- that way when Bear whines, Shark won't have to hear him!
LOL - Awesome!
