Bear, you just had your 2 year check up.

You have been pronounced a 38" high, 35.5 lb solid block of pure sugar.
(That my friends is 96th percentile on weight and off the charts on height. And he wants Mommy to carry him everywhere all the time.)

Awwww...so cute! He reminds me of Bonus when he was that age! People would stare at me for always carrying what looked to be a five year old!
Now, at 5, I tell him that HE needs to be carrying ME sometimes! (He hasn't told me I'm too heavy yet, just smirks and walks off...which confirms he is smarter than his dad.)
He's a solid boy! My boys were like that too. My girls OTOH, not so much. M is 7 and just barely weighs 40lbs! Must be all the dancing she does.
Oh to have that metabolism again! :)
Damn it, Hudson just had his three year check up yesterday. 37 and 1/4 inches and 33 lbs! Please don't let Bear beat him up when they meet!
It seems as if I am going to be the tallest person in my family.
Amo: I LOVE the name Bonus! That is an awesome blog name. (It is his blog name, right?)
Smoochie: Mine were the same way. I didn't think my daughter would ever hit 40 lbs.
Mrs. CPA: No worries! Bear is just a big old sweetie! (So far...)
OMG - i could just eat him up - HOW DO YOU GO TO WORK AND LEAVE HIM EVERY DAY?? Nevermind, i unfortunately can relate to the "why" probably - teenager/college-er - bills, escape from the crap at house...wait, what was my point again...oh well, on another note - i just saw your dress post - LOVE THE TRENCHCOAT - hope you used the orange scarf THAT WAS ADORABLE.
What an adorable chunk o' love!
He is the total sweetness!!!!!! :)
Goodness...solid boy and solid cute! Seriously he has a killer smile! What a doll.
Oh and my back and hips ache just thinking about carrying that kind of weight around. Imp is a beanpole at 3 years old...32 lbs and 41 inches.
Auds at Barking Mad
Auds: his 35.5 feels like 50 lbs I swear. He chubby and squishie but big and solid.
Like fluffy granite.
A-dorable!
And think of the amazing, free upper body workout!
What a handsome bear. My children have always been close to being off the chart. More to cuddle and enjoy during the toddler years. ;) It's sooooo sweet.
I know how you feel! What are we feeding these kids? Amazing. Happy WW
His "stats" make me recall my nephews, brothers, whose were both similar at age two.
Jake is now 5'10", and Luke 6'5".
Maybe soon your bear will be carrying you!
How's your back holding up? Ouch!
He truly is 32 flavors of CUTE Amy!
That, my friend, is how we keep our arms slim. I tote my chunky monkey around All. The. Time. I also chalk it up as my daily exercise... ha ha He is ADORABLE!!!
My word verification by the way is 'shorses' Sounds like a drunk Irishman saying horses. LMAO!! Get me shum shorses! I need to get home from the pub!
Trenches: He will either keep my back strong or throw it out completely.
Such a cutie patootey, all 33.5 pounds of him!
The Fighter Pilot used to bath with goggles on as well. Isn't is just the cutest?
Hi Amy! I think we met at Blissdom. Yes??? What a fun blog. And, this is a great post. My son is off the charts in height, but super skinny. Unfortunately, he is 8 now, has decided he wants to be a rock star, and doesn't think it's "cool" to snuggle anymore. Whatevs! Wishing he was still small enough and not so rock-star-ish to care (even though it cracks me up!).
Happy weekend :)!
You go Bear! Don't worry about Mommy, I'll just give her the number of my chiropractor ;-)
(Stella prefers being carried, too)
No wonder you're so damn skinny.
Wait.... he's TWO!?!?! That totally is off the charts height... Sugarplum is just about 4 and she's 39 3/4 inches... wow.. he's a cutie!!
