Maddie

As I sat finishing this post, I checked Twitter for a status update on Maddie. They lost her today.

I've deleted some things - shortened this up. Please read and please consider donating in her name.

*********************************************************************************
This is Maddie. She's every kind of precious possible - as you can see!

Maddie was 11 weeks premature and weighed only 3 pounds. Mike and Heather lost her at 17 months old. There are simply no words...

Please join me in donating for Maddie to the March of Dimes. Click the purple button on the right side bar and give any amount at all.

Any amount at all. And if you're a praying type, you could do that too.

Thanks -
Amy

My heart is breaking for the Spohrs. I love Heather's Blog, and my favorite part is the picture/stories of Maddie. I donated a few minutes ago and I encourage others to do the same.

I don't know why Maddie had to go. She was such a beautiful little girl. Maddie, you are missed already. It's not fair.

I can't afford to donate now, but I will add this family to my prayers.

I had her on my mind all day yesterday. So sad. I checked first thing this morning. My heart breaks for them.

Ellen - Prayer is the best thing you can do.

I think we are all teary and shattery thinking of them. It's so very sad.

I can't believe something as beautiful as Maddie is gone.

I'm so upset over this I'm feeling physically ill and I don't even know them personally. I think I just felt a little bond with Heather since we both hosted those IRL blog parties. And who couldn't just fall head over heels in love with that cutie patootie, Maddie?

Thanks for posting this. I was able to get to the MoD site through you since Heather's site is being slammed with hits.
