Weekly Winners - Blissdom '10

January 31- February 6

OMGHARRY

Harry Connick Jr.

I shook his hand, told him how much I loved New Orleans, and then he put his arm around my waist as the handlers were putting other people beside us for the photo and we smiled, Harry and I, for the camera. (Thank you Alli Worthington & Barbara Jones for making this literal brush with OMG HARRY! possible.) He was so nice.

Blissdom BFFs

Cynthia (Nap Warden), me, and Jamie (Blonde Mom Blog).

Jamie is one of my best blogging friends. We bonded after her mad lane changing skillz were on display on our trip to Memphis last year.

Cynthia designed this blog. This was the first time we'd met in person, she was my roommate, and I hereby declare my undying love for her. She is awesome.

Friends at Blissdom

Sarah (In the Trenches of Mommyhood), Cynthia, and me. Sarah was the first blogger I ever emailed and said I would be in her city (Boston) and we arranged to meet. That was back in 2008 which I can hardly even believe. I loved getting to spend time with her again!

Opryland Hotel and Resort.

The Opryland Resort gives good WOW factor.

Waterfall at Opryland Hotel

It has waterfalls and an indoor river.

You can take a boat ride. In your hotel.

Jack Daniel's Saloon

Jack Daniels was there. (Of course!)

Blissdom & Cover Girl

Cover Girl was there giving everyone the smoky eye.

Harry Connick Jr.

Did I mention Harry Connick Jr.was there?

So glad you had such a wonderful time. I used to live near Nashville, it's one of my favorite cities. Harry was a nice bit of icing on your Blissdom cake.

ooooh... jealous, jealous, jealous!!
Blissdom and Harry?! Be still my heart.

I love the first waterfall picture. Very cool.

I'm going to make it my lifelong goal to be at Blissdom if Harry's going to be there again! It sounds like a lot of fun. =)

tara - That is the understatement of the decade honey!

Colleen - When I walked around the edge of the photographers back drop thingy and it was just me and him I was shocked. I got "a moment" if you will, before they brought others in to be in the picture.

WackyMummy - Blissdom is a great goal for 2011, Harry or not actually. It's really worth it!
